New work:

Freshmen will have a test on Ch 30 on Monday, April 12 and Tuesday, April 13. Circled book questions are due then.

The first board assignment for freshmen is: pg 968 chart, 969 #2 & 3, 971 5 fx, 972 chart, and 975 3 fx each on M, E and W.

Remember, board assignments become ZERO if not checked in by 3:00pm test days!

AP US History students should be reading their novel/non-fiction book. The test for this will be on April 13. Chapter 34-35 test will be on Thursday, April 15.

Sophomores will have a ch 30 test on Wed. April 14.

Political Science will have a test on ch 9 & 10 on April 13.

Ancient History will have a test on April 1 for chap 8. Don't forget the circled book questions.

Juniors have a retreat on Tuesday, March 30 and we have All-Kateri Mass and Lunch day on Wednesday, March 31.

Monday Meetings

4th quarter starts Tuesday!

Social Studies OGT is tomorrow morning. Hopefully, sophomores will be well rested to take this test!

Quiz Bowl Saturday!!

Stritch came in 3rd!!

Out of the 6 schools in TAAC that meet for the Quiz Bowl tourney annually Stritch came in 3rd today. This is very good.

There are really 2 levels of competition: MVCDS and Ottawa Hills at one level and the other 4 schools at the second level. Since we don't compete with a league or in a regular season, this one day is all we have to look toward all year for quiz bowl competition. To be third is great!

Team players this year: Joe E, Elle M, Andrew J, Derek D, Geoff H, Dennis S, Rachel E, Kelsey G, Bethany G, Jonathon O, Ben L, David S, and Charles S. Congrats to them and wouldn't you know that when "Album Covers" came up in the questions, Joe E was sitting that round out.

Tuesday Evening

So far, so good in the weather department this week. Remember, no more praying for snow days! We have 5 already.

Tomorrow the freshmen have a test on ch 28. Circled book questions are due then too.

Sophs will begin Ch 29.

The gym will be reserved all day for the Red Cross Blood Drive. Hopefully, the donor totals will be high.

Quiz Bowl people--- watch Jeopardy to exercise your brain. We need power brains for Saturday's Quiz Bowl meet.

Sunday

We went to St. Joe's Maumee for 6:00pm Mass. It was a Youth Mass and it was crowded!

The weather is supposed to be clear for the week, so we probably will have a 5 day week ahead of us. It has been a long time since we have had a 5 day week.

Seniors have 12 weeks until graduation, the rest of the school has 13 weeks until the final exams.
